Say you are predisposed to dark moods. Apparently the whole thing is very chemical. So I’m taking medication to rebalance those chemicals, which helps. I imagine stress isn’t beneficial. But what else can you do?
Apparently certain kinds of music lifts the mood, one of those is Dub Step, personally I am believer in trance as well. Of course, exercise is a requisite for re-balancing emotions. I see depression is like a vortex, the more your body as a deficit in serotonin, the more likely it is going to get in producing less, perpetuating your continual downer.
So this week, I am tuning into the right sound waves and listening to some mad Dub Beats.
